Voucher facts

• It is not mandatory for test takers to purchase a pre-paid voucher; individual test takers can make a direct payment while scheduling their exam with their credit card in the registration system. Pre-paid vouchers offer convenience to those who do not wish to paid via personal credit card, and those who may want to purchase in bulk.
• All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Vouchers expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
• Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• The exam must be taken by the expiration date shown on the voucher.
• IAM Volume discount vouchers are only valid for bundles of 10 purchased. A bundle of 10 must be of the same exam category, Certificate or Diploma
• 15% discount for IAM Certificate bundle of 10
• 10% discount for IAM Diploma bundle of 10
• Note: If you buy 15 IAM certificates; 10 of the vouchers will be discounted as a bundle and 5 will be charged at full price
• Single vouchers can also be purchased at full price.
