Examination Scheduling Information
Please VERIFY that your name and personal information are CORRECT. Contact Pearson VUE immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.
Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. Pearson VUE offers the following scheduling options:

Electronic Fingerprinting Services
Pearson VUE offers electronic fingerprinting services at several test centers. Electronic fingerprinting appointments must be made through IdentoGO By MorphoTrust USA (formerly known as L1 Enrollment) by calling 888-467-2080 Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Central time, or by scheduling online at http://www.identogo.com. A $41.45 processing fee is required to cover the cost of the criminal history reports.
Before attempting to schedule for fingerprinting, print and complete the FAST PASS form from the Texas Department of Insurance website: http://www.tdi.texas.gov/forms/form11.html. You will need information from the FAST PASS form to make your electronic fingerprinting appointment.
All Candidates must submit a completed application within one year of passing their exam. Applications can submit a paper application (481 KB pdf) and send it to the address below. Applicants may also submit applications online for certain license types at www.sircon.com/texas.
