- Licensing Administration – The workhorse of the application, this module creates and processes license applications, manages licensed individuals and businesses, tracks continuing education requirements and compliance, renews licenses, tracks employer associations, generates correspondence, and executes management reports and inquiries. Phenomenal processing power—packed in one place.
- Education Administration – This module makes you the principal. You can manage providers, create and update courses and offerings, renew providers, record course completions, and generate management reports.
- Client Service – You can ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly by using the client service module to manage customer complaints, generate correspondence, record activities, and track the final outcome. The management reporting tool allows your agency to methodically and efficiently monitor unresolved issues.
- Revenue Tracking – Designed to simplify your accounting process, Revenue Tracking allows you to create and manage invoices, record payments received for services rendered, apply adjustments, issue refunds, accept over-payments, maintain fee schedules, and generate management reports.
- System Administration – This module allows you to create and maintain users in the system, assign permissions for users, and maintain codes used in the system.
