Be sure of your exam date when scheduling

If you wish to cancel your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE 24 hours prior to your exam appointment. Canceling or rescheduling an exam less than 24 hours prior to the exam appointment is not permitted. Not appearing for your exam appointment will result in the forfeit of all exam fees.

Candidates will incur a $20 Cancellation fee for cancelling their exam if they use the call center to do so. This $20 Cancellation fee will not be applied if a candidate cancels their appointment on the web registration site.

A $20 reschedule fee applies to all rescheduled exam dates regardless if you use the call center or use the web to change your appointment date.
