Client proctored test delivery

This webpage describes the process for participating in a Client proctored test delivery session, which is not available to the general public. These sessions are available on an invitation-only basis and often associated with classroom training or special testing events.

To get started with Pearson VUE Client proctored test delivery, review the following steps. Client proctored exams have specific technical and system requirements which have to be met in order to deliver an exam. Proctors must be present for the duration of exam delivery and actively monitor the exam administration.

Follow these steps

All test-takers must have a valid web account.

Run the system check and test simulation to test the bandwidth, upload and download speed from your testing room on each computer. Turn browser pop-up blocker off during the system test.

Check readiness

Verify whether the computer being used meets the system requirements.

Q. Who is the proctor support team?
A. Group within this testing program who will support the test proctors related to the proctor user account. This includes establishing a new account and/or re-setting an existing account.

Q. I cannot remember my username and/or password for my proctor account, what should I do?
A.Proctors should contact the proctor support team to gain access to this information or to have their user account re-set.

Q. What is a Private Access Code?
A. A code that limits access to exams that are offered on the Anywhere Proctored system. This code is provided to test takers by their approved proctor prior to the testing event.

Q. I cannot remember my Private Access Code, who should I contact?
A. Proctors should contact the proctor support team for this information.

Q. I forgot to request a Private Access Code, who should I contact?
A. Proctors should contact the proctor support team for this information.

Q. Can an exam be started on the day of the testing event, but completed at a later date?
A. No. Exams must be started and completed on the day of the testing event.

  • If the candidate website is not available, you can still deliver exams for candidates who are already registered for their exam.
  • Check the release schedule.
  • Read the client support FAQs to find a solution to your problem.
