Contact your local trainer to have a username and candidate ID created. If you have lost your username/password, click on the Forgot Password link on Create a Profile. Pearson VUE does not create these credentials. If you have tried this process and were not successful, contact us at 888-339-9153 for assistance.
You must register for exams online using the user name and candidate ID provided in advance by your local trainer. If you have lost your username/password, click on the Forgot Password link on Create a Profile.
If you encounter problems during the delivery of an exam, check the following first before contacting VUE customer service:
- Browser version - IE 7, Firefox 7.0, or Safari 4.0 or greater are required
- Exam availability - you must start your exam within 24 hours of exam purchase.
