To purchase an exam:
We encourage you to schedule/purchase your exam online. Get started by signing in to your Pearson VUE account. If needed, use the self-help links here to reset your username or password.
Contact your local trainer to have a username and candidate ID created. Pearson VUE does not create these credentials. If you have tried this process and were not successful, contact us at 888-339-9153 for assistance.
You must register for exams online using the user name and candidate ID provided in advance by your local trainer.
If you encounter problems during the delivery of an exam, check the following first before contacting VUE customer service:
- Browser version - IE 7, Firefox 7.0, or Safari 4.0 or greater are required
- Exam availability - you must start your exam within 24 hours of exam purchase.
