For Pearson VUE Authorized test centers only

We have seen that some test centers are experiencing issues after our February 01st datacenter migration. These problems include:

  • Exams not downloading / ready
  • Authorization codes are required to launch exams
  • Increased Missing Result cases

Test centers with these issues may have a stuck process that is related to the VUE Application Wrapper service. If your test center uses an Admissions and Delivery machines but does not have separate server, a quick remedy is to power off and then on again the Admissions machine. The help guide: Restarting the VUE Application Wrapper Service - Knowledgebase also provides a different solution if you can'nt restart your machine. If you continue to have problems, please contact the test center technical support team via phone or chat.
