For a limited time, individuals pursuing any Citrix Networking certification will have the option of selecting to validate their knowledge, skills and experience by taking one of two exams.

IMPORTANT Certification Retirement Announcement

Effective November 28, 2014, the Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) for Virtualization and the Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) for Virtualization certifications will be retired. Individuals who have attained these certifications will not be impacted by the retirement of these certifications. CCIA and CCEE certifications already awarded will remain valid for three years from the date attained. IMPORTANT Citrix Certification Name Change

The following Citrix certifications have been renamed effective May 6, 2014:

Certifications Impacted   New Names
Citrix Certified Expert – Apps and Desktops = Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization
Citrix Certified Professional – Apps and Desktops = Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization
Citrix Certified Associate – Apps and Desktops = Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization

Note: Individuals who hold the certifications that were impacted can request updated certificates if desired through Citrix Certification Manager.

New Citrix Certification Program Candidate Agreement Process

Beginning with the release of the new Apps and Desktops certifications, all certification candidates are required to accept and agree to the terms of the Citrix Certification Program Candidate Agreement before taking a certification exam.

Citrix recommends that you download and carefully review the agreement before your exam appointment. This agreement is not available at the testing center. It can be downloaded here, and it will be provided in your exam registration confirmation email.

The Citrix Certification Program Candidate Agreement contains nondisclosure obligations, trademark license rights, termination rights, indemnification obligations, disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability, among other items.
