The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, under the guidance of its Examinations Committee and Council, have developed entry level qualifications. These qualifications demonstrate competence both to your colleagues, potential employers and to the public. Claims handling requires a multitude of skills and competences. The examinations are provided exclusively as computerised tests and the course material has been designed to be engaging and dynamic.
