Arizona Real Estate

Arizona Real Estate Sales and Brokers

Effective April 1, 2020, Arizona will require Out-of-State License Recognition applicants to pass the Out-of-State License Recognition State Specific Examination. Note that you must be an Arizona resident to be eligible for Out-of-State License Recognition. Visit ADRE’s website at www.azre.gov for more information on the Out-of-State License Recognition application process.

The Department regulates real estate, cemetery and membership camping brokers and salespersons. It approves and monitors pre-licensing instruction and testing and continuing education courses. It maintains oversight of approved schools to ensure the quality content of their courses, the competence of their instructors, and the quality and timeliness of the materials being taught.
