Pearson VUE client application support
- Support is only available in English.
- First Level support is available 24 x 7. All First Level support calls are logged and recorded.
- Depending on the Pearson VUE application, the First Level support team member will escalate by either immediately contacting and transferring the call to a Second Level support agent, or via a callback. The First Level agent would specify the callback time.
