Learners can pay for Associate-level exams via credit card. American Express, Master Card, VISA, and JCB are accepted.
Most Apple Professional-level certification exams require a proctor and are delivered at Apple Authorized Training Centers (AATCs) or Apple Authorized Training Centers for Education (AATCEs). Visit training.apple.com/locations to find an AATC near you.
When you pay for an exam with a credit card, a confirmation email is automatically sent, and you can print that email as a receipt. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam filter or contact Pearson VUE at www.pearsonvue.com/apple/itproapps/contact.
Whether you take your exam at an AATC or independently, you’ll be able to view and print your scores from your Pearson VUE account after you’ve completed the exam.
At this time, we don’t utilize email to send score reports to candidates because this presents a security issue with the unsecure transmission of personal information. Pearson VUE adheres to the U.S. Commerce Department’s Safe Harbor principles for personal information collected in the member states of the European Union in connection with the delivery of certification, licensure, and academic admission testing services. We use reasonable precautions to protect personal information from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Because score reports contain personal information, it is our policy to securely provide score reports to candidates via their Pearson VUE account.
