Effective September 1, 2022, Oracle University will be delivering all Oracle exams through its own learning and exam delivery platform, MyLearn.*

You will be able to register directly with Oracle through your MyLearn account using an Oracle Exam Attempt instead of a voucher.

If you have an existing valid (not expired and not used) Pearson VUE voucher, you can convert it to an Oracle Exam Attempt before November 30, 2022.

Use the Oracle Voucher Exchange Request Form to exchange a single or multiple Pearson VUE voucher for an Oracle Exam Attempt.

*This does not apply to the Chinese and Japanese Language exams for Oracle Database, Java, and MySQL.

*Chinese and Japanese Language exams for Oracle Database, Java, and MySQL are administered by Pearson VUE online or at a test center. All other exams are administered online by Oracle.

Special Accommodations

For Japanese and Chinese language exams

For English language exams, search for "accommodations" in the Oracle Certification Support page.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a copy of the Oracle Certification Program Agreement Minor Parent/Guardian Signature Page signed by yourself and your parent or legal guardian before taking any Certification Exam. You must transmit the signed Agreement to Oracle to the email address provided on the Parental/Guardian signature page. You may access the required signature page here.

Oracle Partner Network (OPN) Certification Candidates

For your company to receive OPN Expertise credit for certifications that you have earned, you must provide your company’s OPN Candidate ID number, your business/company email address, and your company’s name.

To find out your company’s OPN Company ID number, contact your Partner Administrator, or check your Oracle Partner Store (OPS) account. If you are still unable to find it, you may reach out to Oracle Partner Assistance at partnerhelp.oracle.com/app/ask.

Candidate Agreement

You will be required to acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will abide by the terms and conditions of the Oracle Certification Program Candidate Agreement before attempting the exam.

Export Restrictions

Oracle policy prohibits nationals of the embargoed territories of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan from taking an Oracle test or from becoming certified.
